Milestones & Accomplishments:

• Oversaw the sales, marketing of two commercial building totaling 197,000 square feet and 53,600 square feet in Coral Gables
• In 24 months, directed 2 condominiums conversion (100 units). Set up market strategies and initiations to successfully market, sale and finance the units to the end user.
• Established infrastructures for sales and marketing operations including initiatives develop top producing teams, and positional company as the leading retail mortgage lender to corporations, business, professionals and individuals including doctors, realtors, brokers, developers, attorneys and investors.
• Develop and established in house Fannie Mae, FHA, and non-conforming division to expedite loan processing.
